You should be able to see what tutoring costs before talking to anybody. Pay session by session with nothing owed in advance, or book a package upfront and save.

Group sessions start at 3 students, priced per student — shown below for 2 as a reference point, but new groups of 2 aren't offered. No registration fee ever. Cancel a single session with 24 hours' notice and you're not charged for it. If you're not happy with your first session, you don't pay for it, package or not. In-person sessions outside our standard travel radius add a flat travel fee, quoted before you book and shown as its own line on the invoice — never folded into the hourly rate.

If you book a package

Nothing renews on its own. A package is a one-time purchase. When it's used up, you decide whether to buy another — nobody re-bills you automatically.
Your rate is locked in. Even if published rates go up later, your package is honoured at the price you paid.
Unused sessions come back to you. Stop partway through and we refund whatever's left, at the regular per-session rate — a package is never money you can lose by leaving.
Plenty of runway. 4-session packages are good for 2 months, 10-session for 5 months, 20-session for a full 10 — exam weeks and holidays won't cost you a session.
Pausing is normal. Need a few weeks off? Sessions wait for you, no expiry clock ticking while you're away.

Have them mention your name on the intro call. Once they've paid for 10 sessions, you're both taken care of. No forms or codes.
